  • Yes, we offer a referral discount exclusively for our existing clients! For every recommended client who books our services, you'll receive 2 hours of cleaning for free as our way of saying thank you.

  • Yes, cleaning supplies are included in our service. We use high-quality, eco-friendly products for a safe and effective cleaning experience.

  • It's up to you! Many of our clients prefer to be present during the cleaning, while others provide access to their home and go about their day. If you decide not to be at home, we can arrange to meet beforehand to ensure we have access to your space.

  • If you'd like to include an additional service during your regular cleaning visit, simply inform us at least 24 hours before our scheduled appointment. The price per hour remains the same, but we may require extra time to accommodate the added service, and we will adjust the quote accordingly.

  • Yes, we strive to arrive at the scheduled time, but we allow for a 30-minute window to account for potential traffic delays. If there are any unexpected delays, we will promptly notify you.

  • You won't be charged until after the cleaning is done. Afterwards, you'll receive an invoice showing only the time the cleaner spent at your home. You'll then have until the end of the current month to pay it.

  • If you qualify for RUT, you'll pay only half of the labor costs for household services. We'll handle the paperwork with the Tax Agency, so you can see the reduced price on your bill. You can get up to SEK 75,000 off each year (equal to services worth SEK 150,000). If multiple adults live together, they can combine their discounts for a higher limit. We'll take care of all the paperwork with the Tax Agency for you. All our prices on the website already include the RUT deduction.
